Officials have released the name of the woman found dead inside a Rockcastle County home Tuesday night and now police say they have two persons of interest in custody.
Kentucky State Police say Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a home along Red Hill Road, near Livingston, for a welfare check, and found Mary A. Hinton, 86, dead inside.
Two women are being questioned but have not yet been charged. Police have not released their names.

The two were picked up on Copper Creek Road in Crab Orchard. KSP could not say if they are known to the victim or not but they tell LEX 18 when police approached the women, they ran into the woods, but were still caught.
Police say they have not determined the cause of death, but do suspect foul play. Investigators say evidence points to a home invasion.
