A Baton Rouge man who possessed child pornography and admitted to making plans to force an underage girl to engage in sex acts with him could serve 25 years in prison.
Pierre Moosebroker Jr., 46, entered plea deal Friday (June 19) with federal prosecutors following an investigation by the FBI and U.S. Attorney Walt Green’s office.

As part of the deal, Moosebroker admitted to lying to the FBI about possessing images of prepubescent child pornography. Among other transgressions, he admitted to lying to the FBI about “having never planned to force a female child to engage in sexual activity with him.”
He pleaded guilty to charges of child porn possession and making false statements to the FBI. The plea agreement, which a judge must approve, proposes a 25-year prison sentence with a lifetime term of supervised release.
