A Western Kentucky couple is accused of using their one month old baby as a way to steal drugs.
Deputies in Union County say Jonathon Grisham and Michelle Griffiths would stop at homes, tell the owners their car overheated and say their baby needed a cool place to sit while they waited for help.

Investigators say when the homeowner would go outside with Grisham to check on the baby, Griffiths would search the home for prescription pills.
Deputies say the pair struck five homes over the past few days with this scheme.
The baby is now safe with family members.
