A Longview man has been charged with sexual assault of a 13-year-old child, according to his arrest warrant.
Saturnino Saucedo Torres, 41, was held Wednesday on $150,000 bond.
The child’s mother brought her to Longview Police Department Sept. 24 to report the assault, police said.

During an interview the next day, the victim told police that Torres had assaulted her at his home on two occasions, the most recent Sept. 19.
Torres was transferred from Upton County by Gregg County sheriff’s deputies at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.
