The family of a missing Bath County woman is making a final plea for someone to come forward with information about her disappearance.
This month will make a year since the Bath County mother went missing from her home. Relatives say that Norma Brown was last seen at the beginning of October 2014. They tell LEX 18’s Patrick Price that their hope is fading away.

“I mean whatever’s happened to her, we still don’t know,” said Tina Johnson, Norma’s cousin.
No matter the outcome, good or bad, the family just wants answers. “Her mom needs closure, we all need closure and there’s somebody out there that has to know something,” said Johnson.
The family now looks to Kevin Howard, a man arrested and charged in the murder of a Cincinnati professor. He is the last person that Norma was seen with. The family thought that Norma would be found when Kevin was, but there have been no leads, tips or information.
The family believes that Howard knows where Norma is.
Norma’s family wants the public to come forward with any information in Norma’s disappearance.
