One man has died and another is in custody following an argument and stabbing in Bourbon County.
Police say there was an argument between two men outside, and that’s when police say 29-year-old Daniel Martin stabbed 27-year-old Jonathan Scalf. Scalf was rushed to the hospital in Bourbon County where he later died.

Police dogs from Lexington were able to track Martin to Cross Creek Drive, where they found him hiding under a pick-up truck.
Martin was taken into custody and charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
