Wrongful Death Somerset Police Investigating Murder

The Somerset Police Department is investigating the death of an elderly man.

On Thursday, officers from the Somerset Police Department were sent to a call on Oak Hill Road where a man had been discovered dead inside his home by a friend.

When they arrived,  they found 76-year-old Albert Hail deceased in his residence. Detectives are not releasing many details about the death, but a press release does call the incident a murder.

The state medical examiner’s office is conducting an autopsy on Hail’s body this morning in Frankfort.
