The Red Roof Inn on Wilhite Drive has been robbed again and Crime Stoppers has a cash reward for the person who can identify the man behind the most recent hold up.
On October 5 around 10:00 p.m., a man carrying a silver semi-automatic handgun grabbed all the cash he could.
“Of the unique things this guy says is, ‘you already know what this is.’ Implying this is almost routine for this suspect or meaning he may have done something like this in the past,” said Detective Mark Thomas with the Lexington Police Department.

The clerk behind the desk hit the alarm that night and police arrived within minutes, but the masked man was already gone.
“He had a lot of dark clothing covering himself up so he could disappear easily into the night,” said Thomas.
Police describe the suspect as a light skinned black man who did not seem nervous about what he was doing.
Police need help identifying the man.
