Missing Person Body of AZ Man Missing 3 Years Found

A Bucks County man who went missing in Arizona almost three years ago, has been found dead, his family confirmed on a missing person’s Facebook page.

Brian Histand went missing on May 15, 2013 in Phoenix, Ariz.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Histand, 25, was a professional BMX rider from Middletown Township. He was “disoriented and acting strangely” before he disappeared, according to the Inquirer, who identified Histand’s father as a Lower Makefield police officer.

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on May 15, Histand was contacted by police sitting in a field in Phoenix.

“Brian was cogent and able to answer questions and said he didn’t need or want police assistance. Brian provided the officer with the phone number of his out-of-state family and they were notified. Brian has not been seen or heard from since. His vehicle was found nearby, locked, and was towed on 5/17/13,” according to the National Missing Person Directory

His friends and family have speculated Histand may have been confused due to a possible concussion he got while BMX riding, multiple reports say.
