A Lexington Motel clerk called a woman’s bluff during her first attempt to hold up the Quality Inn, so she came back a second time with a gun.
The clerk behind the desk played it cool and waited for the woman to make her move.
“She goes inside and positions her hand in her pocket like it’s a gun and says she wants the money,” said Mark Thomas with the Lexington Police Department.

Though Police don’t suggest this, the clerk calls her bluff and asks to see the gun.
The robber left empty handed.
“We didn’t see or hear from her again for another month and a half and then she hit mid January,” said Thomas.
This time the woman was armed.
“This girl, you can tell has very little experience with a firearm. She’s balancing the gun in one hand and loading cash onto the same hand and at one point is even pointing it right at her face, right at her own head,” said Thomas.
She scored a few hundred bucks but police are hoping to find her soon.
