The Wolfe County Sheriff’s Office has announced that they’ve made an arrest in connection with the Quillins Chapel Road shooting that happened back in January.
Two men were shot one morning along a Wolfe County road. One was shot in the leg and the other in the hip.

Police arrested Richard Starghill in connection with the shooting. He was already in the Pike County Detention Center for drug charges.
Assault charges are pending.
