Pikeville City Police and the Pike County Coroner are investigating a murder-suicide in which two men were found dead inside an apartment building in downtown Pikeville.

According to East Kentucky Broadcasting, both agencies were called to the scene on Main Street after two people were found deceased. The Pike County Coroner says that one of the deceased is a student at the University of Pikeville. The other is not.
The apartments are used to house students at the University of Pikeville’s School of Osteopathic Medicine.
