When officers arrived at 2:27 a.m. they spotted the two men loading items from a jewelry case into a bag. The men ran in separate directions, but officers soon caught up with James B. Sizemore, 25, of Manchester. After a search, they located Timothy B. Hampton, 26, of London.

Police say Sizemore and Hampton had several pieces of jewelry and electronics they had taken during the break-in. Investigators say they got into the building using a crowbar and by kicking a hole in the wall.

Sizemore was arrested and charged with burglary of the first and third degree and possession of burglary tools. Hampton was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
