A man is in jail in Rockcastle County after a gutsy home invasion.
According to the arrest citation, Gregory McGuire approached a home on Chestnut Grove Road in Brodhead just after 10 Saturday night. When the homeowners told him to leave, McGuire allegedly forced his way through the front door.

Sheriff’s deputies say someone inside the home hit McGuire over the head with a guitar. then held him down until help arrived.
McGuire is currently facing a long list of charges including wanton endangerment and burglary.
