A Lexington man has been arrested in connection with multiple burglaries over the past month.
Investigators charged Seth C. Dinsmore, 24, with four counts of burglary, one count of theft by unlawful taking from an automobile and one count of receiving stolen property.
Police say that on May 29th, officers responded to the Brooklyn Pizza on Keithshire Way in reference to a burglary. They determined through an investigation that Dinsmore used a rock to break the front door of the business and then stole money from the cash register. They say Dinsmore had applied to a job there the day before but never showed up for his shift. Police say he broke into the same restaurant, using the same method of entry on June 1st.
