The man responsible for a 10-hour standoff in Lexington yesterday will be arraigned Friday afternoon.

The standoff began just after midnight Thursday at a home on Deauville Drive.

Police say they responded to shots fired, and when they arrived, Ryan Kamark, 35, fired at officers.

Authorities say Kamark barricaded himself inside of the home with his wife and two children.

Eventually, the three family members were able to escape the home safely.

Several hours later, Kamark surrendered to officers.

He is facing four counts of Wanton Endangerment.

Kamark’s arraignment is scheduled for 1 p.m.
