Kentucky State Police were investigating a fatal crash that happened on Friday.
KSPÂ says their preliminary investigation indicates that 87-year-old Freeda Taylor of Turkey Creek, Kentucky, tried to enter US 119 from KY 292 in Pike County when she turned into the path of an oncoming vehicle traveling south on US 119.

Taylor was transported from the scene to Williamson Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Evidence at the scene indicates Taylor was not wearing her seatbelt.
