A Hart County man is accused of putting shards of glass intro a company’s packs of foam cups.
Waylon Horton was arrested last Monday. The Dart Container Corporation says they noticed the problem last month and surveillance video points to Horton.

Horton has been charged with 139 counts of Wanton Endangerment and Possession of a Destructive Device or Booby Trap.
There are no reports of anyone injured by the glass, but a customer did report finding glass in the cups.
