Wrongful Death Reward Fund Set Up to Find Driver in Fatal Hit and Run

Investigators are looking for a break in the case of a 10-year-old hit and killed by a vehicle back in June.

Stanley Turner was hit and killed along Rock Lick Creek Road on June 20th. Detectives say they are looking for a blue hatchback with Ohio plates in connection to the case.

Pulaski County detectives say they think of Stanley Turner daily.

While they have not been able to make an arrest, detectives are hopeful that every day brings them closer to answers.

People in Science Hill are also working to keep Turner’s memory alive. Friends tell LEX 18 that they are collecting bottle caps to build a bench in Turner’s honor at his school.

The boy’s family has also set up a reward fund for information that leads to police finding the driver who hit and killed Stanley.

The family has set up a reward fund account at First Southern National Bank under the name “Justice For Stanley.”
