A six month investigation involving several agencies has resulted in arrest warrants issued for 34 individuals in Jackson County.
Officers from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, McKee Police and Jackson County Constables executed several narcotics warrants. The investigation resulted in arrest warrants for trafficking in controlled substances (meth) for seventeen individuals. The remainder of the warrants are for trafficking oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Information indicates that the meth in circulation is related to multiple overdoses in the county.
