Lexington Police are looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman last week.

They say the victim told officers around 12:30 a.m. on Friday that a man approached her while she was walking in the area of Arlington Avenue and Grosvenor Avenue. She told officers that a man threw her to the ground and tried to sexually assault her before two other men walking by chased him away.

“It’s scary because you don’t want to believe like two doors down something could’ve happened,” said Carol Bath Madden, a UK student.
