Private Detective: Fourth Man Sentenced in Domino’s Robbery

A fourth man has been sentenced for his role in the 2014 shooting and robbery at a Danville Domino’s.

Rico Penix, 21, was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for his role.

He pleaded guilty to robbery and assault on Tuesday.

Penix was among four people involved in the robbery.

Police say that Penix, Patrick Brand, Nathaniel Davis, and Robin Adams allegedly phoned in a fake pizza order, luring the delivery driver away and leaving on only the clerk inside.

The men then robbed the store and shot clerk Zoe Reed.

All four men have been sentenced in the case.

Brand and Davis were sentenced to 15 years, Adams was sentenced to five.
