One person was killed after a two-vehicle collision in Paris.
Troopers say that Roger D. Willoughby, 23, of Ewing, Ky. was traveling on the bypass in Paris towards US 68 when he failed to yield. He struck another vehicle before continuing through the intersection and going through a fence and overturned.

Willoughby and his passenger were ejected from the vehicle. The driver and two children in the second vehicle were not injured.
Willoughby was pronounced dead at UK Hospital.
