Four inmates in the Franklin County Detention Center are now facing additional charges after being accused of hiding meth in their body cavities and sharing the drugs with more than a dozen women.
Investigators say that Christina Alves told them that she got meth inside the jail from inmate Tiffany Green. According to the indictment, Green told officers she brought at least six grams of meth into the jail and distributed it to other women.
