Sergeant Matt LeMonds says that an inmate failed to return to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Community Corrections from a court-ordered medical pass this afternoon.
The inmate’s name is Michael Paul Ramey.

Ramey was released at 8:00 Wednesday morning and was supposed to return at noon but LeMonds said he failed to do so.
He is described by Sergeant LeMonds as a white man, 5’8’’, 145 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He is 41.
