A man accused of raping a minor is back behind bars in Laurel County.
According to his arrest citation, Joshua Wagers was arrested Saturday morning at the Baymont Inn in London. Police say Wagers had 2 intoxicated teenager girls, ages 13 and 15, in his room at the inn. The 15-year-old admitted to having sex with Wagers on 2 separate occasions.

After further investigation, officials found that Wagers is currently on house arrest for a previous attempted rape charge. He is now facing another rape charge along with two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor.
