Kentucky State Police have arrested a Tennessee man and Missouri woman after a multi-county pursuit.
Jermaine Young, 39, and Jessica L. Billings, 28, were both arrested on felony warrants out of Missouri after a pursuit that went through three counties. State police dispatchers were able to pinpoint the whereabouts of the couple after receiving information from the Cape Girardeau, Missouri P.D.and the Missouri State Police.

On February 19, Radcliff Police Officers observed the two wanted suspects in a vehicle leaving the Radcliff Walmart. The couple immediately fled and the pursuit began North on 31-W towards Louisville. The Radcliff Police Dept, Louisville Metro PD, and KSP Troopers chased the fugitives into Valley Station where they struck two citizens vehicles before they were stopped by Troopers using legal intervention maneuvers to render their vehicle inoperable. Jessica Billings was arrested immediately at the scene. Jermaine Young was apprehended and arrested after a short foot pursuit. There were no serious injuries. Both were lodged in the Hardin Co. Detention Center.
Young was charged with Fleeing and Evading 1st degree (motor vehicle and on foot), Wanton Endangerment 1st (Police Officer), Assault 3rd (Police Officer), Poss. Of Cont. Substance 1st, Criminal Mischief 1st, DUI 1st, and Fugitive From Another State warrants from Missouri.
Billings was arrested on a fugitive warrant.
