Deputies in Taylor County say that a substitute teacher at Taylor County High School was arrested after an investigation into him sending and soliciting explicit photographs of two teenage students.
According to deputies, the teens in the case are 14 and 15. They say that through an investigation, they were able to determine that Lawrence Harris had sent multiple nude pictures of himself to the teens and solicited multiple explicit photographs of the teens to be sent to him.

The investigation also revealed that after school hours, he brought both teens to his home where deputies say he had sexual contact with one and attempted sexual contact with the other. Deputies say they found text messages of a sexual nature sent and received between Harris and the teens.
Harris was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor 1st, unlawful use of an electronic device to induce a minor and promoting a sexual performance of a minor.
He was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
The investigation continues, but deputies say they do not believe that any other minors are involved and additional charges are pending.
