A man accused of raping and robbing a woman in Clark County is back in jail after a fugitive task force tracked him down.
Police say that Darvin Johnson had been on the run for six months when U.S. Marshals caught up with him in Akron, Ohio.
Johnson is accused of holding a mother and three-year-old son by knife point and making the mother drive to the Central Bank in Winchester to withdraw money out of an ATM. After she got the money, officers say he made them drive back home where he raped the mother in front of the son.

“During this assault where she was assaulted, the child was also assaulted as well,” said Captain James Hall.
Officers say that Johnson picked up the three-year-old and threatened his life, then choked the woman.
Relatives tell LEX 18 that Johnson threatened to snap the child’s neck.
Johnson escaped to Ohio, where his life on the run ended when he was tracked down.
