A registered sex offender accused of using social media while on probation was arrested Tuesday, according to Kentucky State Police.
Police said they found two cell phones that Terry Mattingly, 37, of Beaver Dam, was using to violate his probation in his home.

Mattingly has been charged with Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration 1st Offense, Sex Offender IM/CHAT/Social Network, Probation Violation for Felony Offense, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st.
He is being held in the Ohio County Detention Center.
