A Pikeville man is facing multiple felony arson charges following a fire that damaged two local business, power lines and property belonging to a local church.
According to the Appalachian News-Express, Tommy Lee Travis Engle was indicted on three felony arson charges, three counts of second-degree arson, three felony counts of first-degree criminal mischief and a charge of being a persistent felony offender.

Engle is accused of starting a fire on April 7 at the building that housed Red’s Small Engine Repair. The fireĀ also targeted a vehicle owned by Maranatha Bible Church and another vehicle owned by an individual.
