The Jessamine County Sheriffs Office have arrested and charged two suspects with Burglary 1st degree from a burglary that occurred on Knight Drive in Nicholasville early Thursday morning.
Daniel Baker, 30, and Lanny Green, 45, both of Nicholasville were arrested after the homeowner came home and found one of the suspects in the kitchen. That suspect pushed the homeowner and ran out the backdoor.

A second suspect exited a bedroom where he confronted the homeowner with the victims own shotgun. The victim was able to retrieve his shot gun after a struggle. Both suspects fled the scene on foot.
The victim received minor injury to his left arm.
After investigation both suspects were arrested late Thursday evening and lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
