A Northern Kentucky man is in jail after police said he offered to pay a 15-year-old girl to allow him to touch her sexually.
Jerry Rice, 40, of Covington is charged with “importuning.”

Police said he contacted the Cincinnati girl through Facebook, and she told him she did not want to have sex with him.
The girl told police that Rice picked her up and took her to his house, but said they didn’t have sexual contact.
He’s being held in an Ohio jail.
