Officials in Floyd County say that fugitive lawyer Eric C. Conn is now the subject of a warrant charging him with theft after a woman claims he stole her 2016 Toyota Highlander.
EKB reports that the warrant was obtained by Lori Fluharty of Floyd County.

Conn is on the run after pleading guilty to theft and bribery.
When captured, he will face a charge of theft over $10,000. The connection between Fluharty and Conn, if any, has not been made public.
