State police say a Christian County infant found abused earlier this week, allegedly at the hands of his own family members, has died.

Nine-month-old Jack Stark died at Vanderbilt Children’s Medical Hospital. Police say he was found earlier this week with injuries that were consistent with abuse.
State police say they plan to amend abuse charges against Stark’s aunt and uncle, Christopher Leutwyler and his wife, Joni Leutwyler, both 27, to first-degree murder.
