ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) – An Indiana psychologist is wanted on allegations of health insurance fraud and illegal weapons possession, and U.S. Marshals are on the hunt for him in the Pacific Northwest, 24-Hour News 8 news partner The Herald Bulletin reports .
The newspaper reports Bruce E. Jones, 64, a psychologist who offers counseling out of his Anderso home, is accused of fraudulently billed at least two health care benefit programs more than $100,000 for counseling services that he did not actually provide, according to a federal grand jury indictment made earlier this month.

The indictment also alleges Jones had in his possession more than two dozen firearms, including rifles and handguns, and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition, the newspaper reports.
Jones, who U.S. Attorney Joseph Hogsett’s office said is considered a fugitive, served time in prison in the 1980s for insurance fraud and selling drugs. He is barred from possessing firearms and ammunition because of those convictions, the newspaper reports.
