Bail was set at $4,000.
According to Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin, Hodges filed a claim with Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance July 13, 2011, for $10,000 worth of vandalism and other damage to her home.
In the claim Hodges listed a chandelier; however, according to Goodwin, Hodges had returned the chandelier to the store for a $648 refund.
It is alleged that Hodges also received payment from the insurance company after reporting the same chandelier was stolen June 1, 2010.
