Wrongful Death Arrest Made in Murder-For-Hire of Dallas Pediatric Dentist

A man has been arrested in the murder-for-hire shooting death of a pediatric dentist and an arrest warrant has been issued for a woman suspected of hiring him, police said Friday.

Dallas Police Maj. Max Geron said Kristopher Love, 31, has been charged with capital murder in the Sept. 2 death of Kendra Hatcher. Geron said Love, also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, has been identified as the person who shot Hatcher in her apartment complex’s parking garage.

He said that when Love was arrested, he was in possession of the gun believed to have been used in the killing of Hatcher, 35.

Love was in Dallas County jail on $2.5 million bond. Jail records didn’t list an attorney.

An arrest warrant on a capital murder charge has been issued for 33-year-old Brenda Delgado, whom officials say planned the killing. She has not been officially charged and remains a fugitive.

Geron, who did not discuss a motive at the Friday night news conference, said that the woman “was involved in the planning and the commission of the offense.”

A woman accused of driving the shooter to the garage, 23-year-old Crystal Cortes, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with capital murder. She remained in Dallas County jail Friday on $500,000 bond.

According to an arrest affidavit, Cortes admitted being hired by Delgado to rob Hatcher. Love admitted to his role in the robbery which resulted in Hatcher’s death.

Fraud Investigation Two Louisville Teens Charged With Attempted Murder After Online Scam

What started with an iPhone being sold on Instagram, ended with two Louisville teens facing attempted murder charges.

Authorities say the situation started with a post on Instagram about a phone for sale, but police say there never really was a phone and no real intent to sell one.

http://liarcatchers.com/fraud_investigation.html

When a teenage girl and her parents went to buy the phone, police say two teens reached into the car and tried to take their money. That’s when authorities say the teens fired five shots at the family’s car.

When police caught up with one of the teens, authorities say the teen tried to pull a gun on the officer. The officer then attempted to use a stun gun on the suspect but it didn’t work. That’s when police say other officers jumped in and stopped the suspect from shooting the officer.

Although the family involved was not hurt, one officer was injured while chasing one of the suspects.

Both teens were arrested and police are hoping both will be tried as adults.
