Missing Person 3 Year Old of Mount Angel, Oregon

Mount Angel police are looking for information regarding a missing 3-year-old, who was last seen with her father on a recent custodial visit.

Police are looking for Michael Lee Waldie, 32, the father of 3-year-old Grace Waldie, who didn’t return her from a scheduled visitation on Sunday. Waldie is believed to be driving a silver four-door 1998 Audi sedan with the Oregon license plate 672 GYC. The vehicle has a black front bumper and an angel wing decal in the rear window.

o contact Waldie via text message and phone calls. Grace’s mother told police this is unusual behavior. However, she did tell police he has previously threatened to take Grace away so she could never see her again.

The mother also stated that she discovered on Tuesday that Waldie had recently quit his job.

The parents were scheduled for a July 23 court date in Clackamas County for a possible modification to their custody agreement.

Waldie has lived at multiple locations in Clackamas County but his current residence is unknown.

Pedophile Tracking Former KS Basketball Coach Pleads Guilty

A former Kansas high school basketball coach could face up to life in prison after pleading guilty to child sex crimes.

KAKE-TV (http://bit.ly/1GNBQee) reports 21-year-old Patrick Kent Blevins on Tuesday waived his right to a trial and pleaded guilty to indecent liberties with a child. Prosecutors say he fondled six boys.

Blevins was formerly an assistant girls basketball coach at Trinity Catholic High School in Hutchinson, but was not a teacher.

He was arrested in March and charged with four counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of aggravated criminal sodomy.

Blevins waived his right to appeal his sentence as part of the plea deal.

Missing Person 14 Year Old Miah Farmer of Chicago

Police are asking the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from the Near North Side for nearly two weeks.

Miah Farmer, who was last seen April 24, has been reported missing from the 700 block of North Dearborn, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Private Detective: Lexington Police Searching For Man Who Tried to Rob Gas Station

Lexington Police are searching for a man who attempted to rob the Speedway on New Circle Road around 2:30 Wednesday morning.

The man walked into the station and implied that he had a weapon and demanded cash. The clerk told the suspect that he could not open the drawer. Police say several customers came in, scaring off the robber.

Private Detective: Two Charged in Pappy Van Winkle Case Plead Guilty

LEX 18 has learned that two of the nine people charged in the Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Theft investigation have entered guilty pleas in the case.

Prosecutors say Shawn Ballard and Ronnie Hubbard pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to receive stolen property over $10,000.

Prosecutors say they acted as “middle-men” in the sales of bourbon stolen by distillery employees.  Officials say they helped accused ringleader, Toby Curtsinger, move the bourbon.

They will now turn state’s evidence in the case. Prosecutors say their information to authorities will likely lead to more people being charged.

Private Detective: Fifth Suspect Arrested in Grant County Home Invasion

Grant County deputies have identified a fifth suspect in a violent home invasion that left a woman with a bullet wound to the head late last month.

Authorities issued a warrant for the arrest of George Pickett, 21, for charges including robbery, burglary and unlawful transaction with a minor.

Police say five masked men broke into an apartment on Michigan Avenue in Dry Ridge during a card game on April 26 around 9:30 p.m. and held everybody at gunpoint. Police say at some point, a woman came out of another room and one of the suspects fired, grazing her in the head. One of the suspects pepper-sprayed a second victim.

Police arrested three juveniles and Daniel Swope, 19, shortly after the crime.
UPDATE: Officials say Kentucky State Police have captured Pickett.

Pedophile Tracking Suspected Baltimore Child Rapist Arrested

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested Anthony Baker in York on Tuesday after he was charged with 11 sex offenses in Baltimore last month.

The Marshals Service Capital Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Baker in the 200 block of South Belvedere Street.

The Baltimore Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Baker with 11 separate sex crimes on April 6. On April 21, the police department asked the U.S. Marshals Service to help locate him.

The CRFTF learned he likely had fled to Pennsylvania, and after he was arrested, he was handed over to local authorities pending court proceedings in the case.

Wrongful Death Second Person Arrested in Murder of Pizza Delivery Driver

A second individual has been arrested in the murder of a Lexington pizza delivery driver.

Cameraon R. McClellan has been arrested in connection with the death of Salahuddin Jitmoud at Trent Circle. McClellan is charged with murder and robbery.

Police had already arrested Antonio Lewis, who is facing the same charges. Lewis has pleaded not guilty.

Jitmoud was stabbed to death on April 19 at Walnut Hill Apartments on Trent Circle. Officials say the victim was delivering a pizza when he was murdered.

Arson Investigation SUV Set on Fire

Lexington fire investigators continue to investigate after somebody apparently tried to set an SUV on fire late Monday night.

Officials say the owner of the vehicle came out of his home along Pennebaker Drive around 11:30 p.m. and found a rag burning on his SUV. The man knocked the flaming rag off, but not before it caused some damage to the vehicle.

Fire investigators say the blaze was intentionally set.
