Private Detective: Man Accused of Exposing Himself and Threatening The President

Richmond police arrested an Estill County man accused of exposing himself and threatening to kill President Obama Monday morning.

Police officers responded to a Richmond park when witnesses reported a man exposing himself. Police say Billy McGee, 35, was drunk, and threatened to kill a park security officer, a police officer and the president.

Police arrested McGee and charged him with terroristic threatening, public intoxication, indecent exposure and possession of marijuana.

Private Detective: Bardstown Police Searching For Iphone Theft Suspects

Police in Bardstown released photos pulled from surveillance video in hopes of catching three suspects wanted in an iPhone heist.

Police say the trio took several thousand dollars worth of iPhones from the Bardstown Walmart on April 27 between 2:30 and 3 a.m.

Drug Dog Sweep Meth Located in Barton County, KS

Law enforcement authorities in Barton County released details on Monday of a drug arrest.

Police say that just before 1 a.m. on Friday, officers stopped a vehicle driven by John Hiserote, Hoisington, in the 800 block of Jefferson Street for a traffic infraction.

While officers were conducting the traffic stop, the department’s drug-detecting canine, Kia, was deployed and indicated the presence of illegal narcotics inside the vehicle.

The vehicle was searched and officers located several illegal items including methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Hiserote and the passenger, Amanda Decker, also of Hoisington, were both arrested and turned over to the Barton County Jail.

Kia, a 2-year old Belgian Malinois joined the department approximately one year ago. Although Kia is trained in tracking, criminal apprehension, and various other skills, his primary duty at the department is searching for illegal narcotics.

Missing Person Pizza Delivery Driver Stabbed in Louisville

A pizza delivery driver suffered a stab wound to the back as he was taking an order to a downtown Louisville hospital Sunday evening.

The manager of Spinelli’s said Josh Lewis still managed to deliver the pizza after the man attacked him near Norton Hospital.

Lewis’ injuries were described as non-life threatening.

The motive for the stabbing remains unclear.

Police say the suspect fled the scene in a black Jeep Cherokee with gold racing stripes and light blue trim. The vehicle had a Michigan license plate with the number CDY6122.

Missing Person Ernest Wood of Lewis County, MO

Authorities are looking for a man who went missing from Ewing, Mo. Sunday.

The Lewis County Sheriff’s Department issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for Ernest Wood, 71, a 6’1″ white male weighing 190 lbs. with brown eyes and white hair.

He was last seen Sunday around 7:30 a.m. at 26286 Napa St. in Ewing.

Authorities said he was wearing a red flannel shirt, blue jean bib-overalls, and white shoes.

His vehicle is a red 1995 Pontiac Sunfire with Missouri plates reading HK5R9Y.

Wood told his neighbor he was headed to Newark, Mo. to go fishing Sunday morning.

His cell phone was shut off at 3 p.m. Monday but it was pinged in the area of Doniphan, Mo. before that happened.

Wood is said to have depression, COPD, and early signs of dementia.

Missing Person Michael Anthony Hernandez of Crown Point, IN

The family of a missing northwest Indiana father of two is asking for the public’s help.

Michael Anthony Hernandez, 23, has not been seen or heard from since leaving “The Square,” a bar in Crown Point, around 11 p.m. Friday night.

A married father of twin baby girls, Hernandez did not show up to work Saturday. He was driving a dark blue 2008 Toyota Scion with Indiana plates 906LTTI.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call police.

Private Detective: Knox Co. Bus Driver Charged After Students Bring Guns to School

The bus driver charged in connection with two young boys who allegedly brought guns on his bus last week was arraigned by a Knox county judge Monday morning.

Charles R. Hence, III, is charged with facilitation of gun possession on school property. It’s alleged that Hence was told by another student on the bus that the students had the guns, but didn’t do anything about it. Meanwhile, the parents of the six and seven year old boys, John and Melissa Jackson, also face child endangerment charges.

Police say one of the two handguns was loaded. The little boys took them to school telling teachers they brought them for show and tell. Fortunately this incident was handled before anyone was hurt.

In addition to the parents and bus driver, those two boys, in kindergarten and 1st grade also face charges.

Wrongful Death Man Charged With Murder After Fatal Crash in Washington County

Police charged a man with murder and DUI in connection with a deadly three-vehicle crash in Washington County Sunday afternoon.

Police say Victor Mendoza, 25, was driving northbound along Bloomfield Road when he crashed into a van heading westbound on KY-150. The van then crashed into another car.

Cliddie McKinney, 76, was driving the van. EMS took him to Springview Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

A passenger in the van and the driver of the third vehicle were also taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police say Mendoza and his passenger, 35-year-old Pascual Blanco, fled the scene, but officers caught the duo. They were treated for minor injuries and then arrested.

Mendoza faces several charges including murder, DUI, wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

Police charged Blanco with leaving the scene of an accident and alcohol intoxication.

Fraud Investigation Time Warner Scammer Identified

A man who allegedly scammed businesses in Woodford and Mason Counties has been identified.

According to the Ledger-Independent, the Mason County Sheriff’s office says that Robert E. Yontz of Springfield, Ohio is suspected of cashing fake checks in Versailles and Richmond.

There were also additional reports from Powell, Casey, Estill and Mason Counties. His method of operation is allegedly cashing bogus checks with a Time Warner Emblem printed on them.

Yontz will face charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument when he is caught.

A man posing as a Time Warner Employee has been ID'ed as Robert E Yontz.

Pedophile Tracking Oldham County Man Charged With Distributing Child Porn

Kentucky State Police tell LEX 18 that they have arrested an Oldham County man for sharing pornography of minors online.

Authorities say Matthew Browning, 32, was arrested Thursday after troopers searched his home. Troopers say Browning was sharing images of children engaged in sexual acts. Browning is charged with five counts of distributing matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Browning was being held in the Oldham County Jail but was released after posting bond.
