Pedophile Tracking FBI Locates Child Sex Abuse Suspect

The FBI says it has located a man suspected of sexually exploiting a child.

The FBI says the man, known to the public as John Doe 27, has been identified and located in the Midwest. His name has not been released.

Authorities say the man seen in the photos here on our page is accused of taking photos of himself engaging in sexual activity with a child and then posting those photos on the Internet. The FBI says those photos are still being passed around child pornography forums.

Missing Person Joseph Wilson of Royal Lakes, IL

The family of Joseph Wilson is hoping to finally receive closure after almost two years of not knowing his whereabouts, but it didn’t happen Monday or Tuesday.

Wilson has been missing since March of 2012 said his cousin, Sonya Walker.

“I am the only one in the family that has done anything pertaining to the case,” she said.

The Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department and Illinois State Police investigated the scene on Monday evening with cadaver dogs, but their search was inconclusive.

“We got a call from a local resident that a male body was found in the woods,” said Macoupin County Sheriff Dan Albrecht. “That call was inaccurate. We found a mound of dirt that was similar to a burial site, but there was no indication that it was. We are investigating due to the fact we have a missing person from a few hundred yards away from the site.”

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

Sheriff Albrecht has created a task force to find Wilson alongside of the Social Security Office.

Mike Kostich, the Chief Detective of the Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department, said that every lead that they have been given thus far has been false. He confirmed that Charlie Stainback Jr. did claim that Wilson did move to Chicago with a friend, but that story cannot be confirmed at this time either. He was unwilling to state whether he believed Wilson was still alive, stating that as far as he knew, Wilson was still a missing person.

“I like to see stuff about my missing person, Joseph, out there,” he said.

While Chief Detective Kostich is hopeful that Wilson may still be found alive, Walker is sure in her heart that her cousin is deceased and would like a sort of closure from the entire ordeal.

Walker filed a police report in early April of 2012 with the Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department. She claimed she attempted to file police reports earlier in March when she suspected Wilson to be missing. Walker said the police were not willing to file a report on a missing person. Also, Walker’s older brother, Charlie Stainback Jr., and his wife, Kelly claimed that Wilson had left Royal Lakes to go live in Chicago.

Walker doubts the story about Wilson leaving for Chicago due to the fact that his belongings were given to her by Donald Taylor, a friend of Wilson’s. According to Walker, Taylor was the last person to see Wilson alive when Taylor took him to cash his Social Security check.

“He brought me his I.D., Social Security Card, voter card, link card, and cell phone in a Ziploc bag,” Walker said. “Where would he go without all of his things?”

She feels as if her search for him has not been aided by the Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department.

“We had a computer go missing here, and they had divers come from St Louis to look for it in the lake,” she said. “Where are the divers now, when a real human being is missing?”

Walker believes that she may have stumbled across a grave that may hold her cousin’s body while walking in a forest with Vicki Wyman, the Village Clerk of Royal Lakes. Vicki used a method known as “dowsing” to find the site.

“It has to do with the magnetic field left with the body,” said Wyman.

Wyman said she can tell the sex of a body buried in a grave by how her dowsing rods react. If they cross in front of her, the body is male. If they swing away from her, the body is female. She claims to have used this method to confirm that the site had a male body.

The area where Wyman and Walker believe the body is buried is located near Crooked Creek. It is on land that is owned by the county due to unpaid taxes. It is near the Groff residence off of East Sycamore Street. Wyman claims she found parts of a red T-shirt and gray sweatpants near the area in October. Those items matched Wilson’s style of clothing.

Joseph Ryan Wilson was reported missing on April 22, 2012. He is around 5’9’’ and weighs around 169-170 pounds. He is an African-American male with mental disabilities and may be walking on the tips of his toes. Anyone with information regarding this case should contact the Macoupin County Sheriff’s Department at (217) 854-3135.

It’s the second time in six weeks a bank in Virgie has been robbed, and the second business in two weeks that has been robbed in the small town.

Wrongful Death Additional Details on 5 Year Old Colorado Springs Boy’s Murder

The woman accused of killing her own son late last week has confessed, according to an affidavit.

Shannon Dodson, 42 told a Colorado Springs police detective that she killed her son. She is now charged with First Degree Murder.

The boy’s name was Jude Murray-Gomez. He had a unique birthday, born on August 8, 2008 (8/8/08.) His family described as being a ‘lively young boy’ who liked Iron Man.

“He had a lot of energy and was constantly trying to learn, full of life,” Judge’s Uncle John Gomez said.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

It was last Friday, Nov. 8, when a fire broke out at the Hill Park Apartments, near Pikes Peak Avenue and Murray Boulevard. What was first thought of as being solely a mattress fire quickly turned into the scene of a murder.

While firefighters were working to put out the fire, they noticed an arm laying on the box spring. The arm turned out to be that of little Jude. He was found wrapped in a smoldering blanket, according to the affidavit.

As firefighters started chest compressions on Jude, water came out of his mouth. Jude showed no signs of life and was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Inside the apartment, firefighters also found a naked and wet woman in a closed closet. She was later identified as Shannon Dodson, Jude’s mother. She was sitting up with her arms wrapped around her knees. Firefighters said that she would not open her eyes or respond to them.

Additionally, the affidavit showed that firefighters found the bathtub filled with water to the overflow drain.

An autopsy on Jude showed he did not die from the fire, but instead from drowning.

When the apartment manager was first told of the fire, he tried to make his way into the apartment. He barely made it in because the door had been barricaded by furniture.

Additionally, matches and a half-empty bottle of over-the-counter sleeping medication were found in the apartment.

Dodson was taken to a local hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where she eventually spoke to police detectives. That’s when she, according to the affidavit, confessed to killing her own son.

The detective asked Dodson if she knew why they were there. She became emotional and then said, “Because I killed my son.”

Dodson, the affidavit showed, gave no additional details of the incident other than saying that she thought they would ‘go together’ and that she shouldn’t have done it. She also said she couldn’t believe she did it.

Further digging into this case revealed that Jude should have never been in the custody of his mother when he was killed.

He had actually gone missing nearly a week before he died, his family said. Jude was on a scheduled visit with his mom and was supposed to return him on Sunday Nov. 3.

Jude’s father and grandmother said when Dodson didn’t return him, they went to her apartment but they did not make contact.

The family then contacted the police department and the Sheriff’s Office on the basis of a court order violation. Service calls from both agencies showed that officers went to the home but were not able to find Jude.

An emergency motion was filed on Tuesday, Nov. 5, just three days before the fire, the family said.

Jude’s father and grandmother said they were trying to change the custody agreement because they weren’t comfortable with the current one. They were hoping to make Dodson’s visits supervised only.

When Jude was just 6-months-old, the family said Dodson moved Jude to Pennsylvania. She moved back to Colorado Springs in Oct. 2012 and got in touch with Jude’s father through Facebook.

Because of neglect issues and suspected drug use, the family said they were able to get custody of Jude. Dodson was allowed to have visitations only on the weekend.

An aunt told police that Jude had told her that “he did not like to shower or take baths at his mom’s house because she liked to dunk his head under water,” according to the affidavit.

One of Dodson’s adult daughters told police that Dodson told her that she wanted to die and would kill Jude and herself. The daughter talked with her mother and she said she would not do it.

Jude’s family argues that this whole incident could have prevented.

“This is horrible, a complete tragedy, and it is because it is preventable,” Jude’s uncle John Gomez said. “Preventable from the top down.”

Gomez questioned why there wasn’t an AMBER alert issued. According to some of the guidelines from the Department of Justice, an AMBER alert can only be issued if there is reasonable belief that abduction has happened.

Dodson is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon to hear the charges she is facing.
