Pedophile Tracking FL Woman Accused of Paying Child To Have Sex

A Port St. Lucie woman is accused of paying a child under the age of 15 up to $300 for sexual encounters, city police said.

Rebecca McGraw, 38, was arrested on Thursday and is facing five counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor under the age of 15 by an adult, police say. She admitted to at least five sexual acts with the victim.

McGraw remained in the St. Lucie County Jail on Saturday with her bail set at $125,000.

The age of sexual consent in Florida is 18. No one under the age of 16 can give consent under any circumstances, according to Florida statutes.

Authorities arrested McGraw after detectives followed up on prior allegations of child abuse and sexual molestation of a child by an adult.

City police say McGraw was an assistant manager at the Sail Pointe Apartments, off Federal Highway north of Port St. Lucie Boulevard, and engaged in a sexual relationship with a child who lives in the complex. She would also let the child use her debit and credit cards and operate her vehicle without her being present in it.

Missing Person Mobile, AL Teen Still Missing

The search for missing 16-year-old Brian Jesse Parker continues after he went missing on Tuesday, Mobile County Sheriff Sam Cochran announced on Thursday.

Cochran says the sheriff’s department, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has employed the Joint Child Abduction Rapid Deployment tactic to aid them in locating Parker.

Authorities also said they do believe suspicious circumstances played a part in Parker’s disappearance. The suspect, 22-year-old Matthew Moberg, is in custody and is not cooperating, Cochran said.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

The search for Parker has extended from west Mobile past the Mississippi state line into the Escatawpa River area, and is being conducted by both land and air. Forensics are also being compiled and tested and witnesses are being questioned.

Authorities also said that this case is still classified as a missing person case and said that Parker has no history of mental health issues and has never ran away before.

Cochran said that because of Moberg’s criminal history, he fears something tragic has happened, but said that he remains optimistic.

Authorities implore for the public to come forward or to call the MCSO at 251-574-8633 if they have information regarding Parker’s whereabouts.

Wrongful Death Pair Wanted in Deadly Gas Station Shooting Still On The Loose

Investigators in Frankfort say a man is dead and the 2 people wanted in connection to his murder are on the loose.

It started Friday night just after 10:00 p.m. at the Marathon Gas Station on Holmes Street. Investigators say 54-year-old Adan Juarez Vicente was walking across the parking lot with a Marathon employee who had just closed the store for the night.

“People’s morals have gotten to the point, and have gotten so far away from God, that they think the world can be handed to them,” said Frankfort resident Bessie Woodman.

Two men allegedly walked up to rob Vicente and the store clerk. During the robbery one suspect shot Vicente; he died  at the scene.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

“You never expect anybody to die. You know especially at a gas station. It’s just not right, ” said Frankfort resident Shannon Neal.

Investigators say Vicente worked as a handyman from time to time at the gas station.

“Didn’t matter what it was, if you had something he could do, whether he made money out of it or not, he would help you and do it. He would basically give you the shirt off his back, ” said Vicente’s friend, Angelica Mandosa.

Investigators say the suspects fled on foot towards Grand Avenue where witnesses say they got into dark colored, possibly grey Chevrolet.

“My prayers are with all of them, and my prayers are also with the people who shot him because they have not had any Christian upbringing, ” Bessie Woodman said.
