Police are asking for help from the public to identify a young woman found dead on the Northwest Side.
The body of a woman between 17 and 30-years-old was found in a burning dumpster in the 3100 block of North Kimball on Sunday.
Police say the woman was strangled and burned beyond recognition.
They say she was a white or Hispanic woman with medium-length brown hair, possibly with red highlights.

She was 5’03′ and 120 lbs. She wore a blue shirt, a hoop earring and had a tongue piercing.
