A woman accused of shooting her husband while he slept has been indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury.

Tamara Richie, 50, is accused of shooting her husband, David, in the head while he was asleep on October 22 of last year then leaving his body in the house. Three days later, his body was discovered.
The Interior Journal reports Richie has plead not guilty to murder charges.
