A woman was killed in Louisville Tuesday afternoon after a multi-vehicle crash on a busy road.
The wreck happened shortly after noon on Lagrange Road near the Gene Snyder freeway. Witnesses told police the dump truck tried to beat a red light at the intersection and crashed into a car. Then the car slid across a few lanes of traffic, hitting a delivery truck and a pick up.

The driver in that car was taken to the hospital where she later died. There is no word yet if charges will be filed.
