A Madison Couple indicted on sex crimes involving an 11-year-old back in 2012 are facing even more charges.
According to the Richmond Register, 30-year-old Eric Kelley was indicted on 8 counts of first degree sodomy, 2 counts of first degree rape, 9 counts of first degree sexual abuse and 1 count of using a minor in a sexual performance.

The indictments stem from events that allegedly happened from October 2011 to September 2012.
33-year-old Deanna Lawson was also indicted for complicity in those charges and another child was also identified.
Meanwhile in a separate case, another person, 59-year-old Robbie Uhrin, has been charged with sodomy involving one of the children.
Uhrin is due in court for a status hearing on September 5th in Madison County. Kelley and Lawson are set to be re-arraigned on the new charges on September 12th.
Uhrin was released from jail on bond while Lawson and Kelley remain in the Madison County Detention Center.
