A man who police say stabbed another man to death in Laurel County Thursday night has turned himself in.
Hubert Lewis,25, turned himself in Friday and told police he stabbed the victim twice in the neck during a fight.
60-year-old Clinton “Ray” Howard was found dead in his home Thursday night. Lewis was gone from the scene when police arrived, but his girlfriend Tiffany Jackson was there and, police say, she has been cooperating with the investigation.

Police say the fight started with an argument between the three.
Several of the victim’s family live near Howard on Campbell Road, but say they didn’t hear or see anything the night of the crime. They say they are still coping with the loss and can’t understand why anyone would hurt such a kind man.
