Three people were arrested after deputies discovered two first stage meth labs at a home in Johnson County Friday.
Johnson County Sheriff’s Deputies were assisting the Kentucky Department of Probation and Parole with a home visit on Caudill Branch in Sitka, KY, when they found the two stage meth labs at the home, as well as what appeared to be methamphetamine, small baggies, scales, smoking pipes, various meth precursors, and a small amount of cash.

Michael D. Castle, 41, who was on probation for manufacturing of methamphetamine, was taken into custody and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of meth, trafficking meth, possession of meth precursors and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested were Gary B. Branham, Jr.,38, of Staffordsville, for possession of meth, possession of meth precursors, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Janna N. Blanton, 29, of Swamp Branch for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
Castle, Branham, and Blanton were taken into custody and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
