A man is arrested overnight after fleeing the scene of a hit and run accident.
Lexington Police tells LEX 18 Police were called to the intersection of Hollywood Drive and Ashland Terrace around 3:30 a.m. for a hit and run accident.
Upon arrival, Police say there was a disorder between a group of individuals at a house where a party was being held. When one subject attempted to drive off, they hit another subject that had attended the party.
The victim of the accident was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the driver left the scene and was stopped by Police after running a red light at the intersection of Tates Creek Road and Albany.
Marco Rosas, 21 years old, was arrested by Police and charged with DUI, operating a vehicle without a license, possession of marijuana, fleeing the scene of an accident, amongst other charges.
