Rowan County Sheriff’s Deputies have released a surveillance picture of two men believed to be behind a lightning scam.
Deputies said the men were going to houses saying they install lightning protection.

A couple said they were scammed out of $1,000.
Investigators believe the one on the right is Phillip Clay.
Deputies are hoping to catch the suspects before they swindle others out of money.
